Tasks and responsibilities:
  • Coordination / processing of major incidents
  • Ensuring rapid resolution with the required specialists or task force management if required
  • Ensuring smooth communication to the target groups using the appropriate channels
  • Documenting cases and initiating and tracking the subsequent problem management process
  • Management / coordination of the further development of the global Incident and Problem Management processes
  • Standardising the global IT locations in Asia and Europe with regard to the Incident and Problem Management processes
  • Working on-call duty approximately every 5 weeks
Must-have criteria:
  • Several years (5+) of practical experience in the areas of incident and problem management
  • This experience being in complex IT system landscapes in large companies such as banks or insurance companies
  • Ability to grasp things quickly and an independently, having a structured and reliable way of working
  • Resilient, team-oriented and flexible personality with good communication and assertiveness skills
  • Hands-on mentality, with the willingness to take responsibility and lead in the various subject areas
Nice-to-have criteria:
  • Relevant IT certifications
  • German language is a strong plus

Contract duration:

  • 12 months with option of extension
