Tasks and responsibilities:
- Responsible for the business analysis for systems with a focus on contract management systems and customer documents in life insurance.
- Manage the entire requirements engineering process, from context and process analysis through use-case modelling and UI design to testing, contributing ideas for a great user experience.
- Support the organisation in preparing for future challenges in customer support.
Must-have criteria:
- Minimum five years’ experience in financial services, with comprehensive knowledge in private pension, particularly in life insurance, business processes, and the product and fund areas.
- Broad experience in requirements engineering in an agile environment from previous roles.
- Curious personality, proactive with new ideas, skilled at simplifying complex matters.
- Flair for user experience, enjoyment of customer contact, strong methodological and analytical skills.
Nice-to-have criteria:
- Knowledge of legal and taxes in the private customer sector, as well as SAP, is advantageous.
- English, French, Italian and/or Romansh language.
