The candidate process
First consultation
We meet with you to discuss what you're looking for. We take our time to understand your experience, your skills and what you do and don't want in your next role. If we think we're the right partner to help you, we'll agree on the next steps and preferred method of communication!
Matching with opportunities
By working with us, you may have access to requirements that you wouldn't have otherwise. Based on what we learned about you in step one, we will keep you in mind for these and proactively search for openings that might match. If we think we have something suitable, we will present it to you. If you confirm that you want to move forwards, we will present your application to the client.
Employer interviews
If you are invited to interview, we will ensure that you have all the information you need, and will offer you interview prep based on our knowledge of the role and the customer.
Feedback and follow-up
After the interview, we will debrief both with you and with the customer. This way no-one is left hanging, and there is plenty of opportunity for everyone to share their thoughts about how it's going. We also assist in booking any further interviews if needed.
Offer
If all goes well, you will be offered the role. We will make sure you have all the information you need about the terms and conditions and, if needed, can assist in any negotiation. We will help guide the process and reach an agreement that works for everyone.
Onboarding
For a contracting role, you'll be onboarded by us. In a permanent placement, this will typically be handled by the customer's HR team, with us in the background if needed.
Post-placement
We will remain available if needed even after you've started, to ensure that everything runs smoothly. This is true both for contracting and permanent placements. If you are working with us on a contract basis, we will take care of all of your employee benefits, and make sure that all of the necessary social security contributions, insurances and so on are properly taken care of. We will also manage the process of extending the contract when the time comes, checking in both with you and the customer in a timely, transparent manner. We pay you within 7 days of you handing in your timesheet, irrespective of when the end client pays us.

Search
- We conduct a search based on your specific requirements
- We draw on our existing network
- We do not simply post ads and see what comes in. We proactively search for candidates, most of whom will be passive. These passive candidates are not actively applying for roles and are thus unlikely to come to you via other means
- We carry out a thorough pre-screening of candidates, including interviews and reference checks, before presenting, via the channels agreed in stage one
Interviews
- We support you by scheduling interviews, gathering and passing on feedback
- Where necessary, we inform candidates not selected
Hire
- If you are hiring a contractor from us, we manage the entire offer, signing and onboarding processes, from making sure they have the right permit if needed, to dropping them off on their first day
- If you are hiring someone on a permanent basis, we are available if needed to assist in the offer, negotiation, signing and onboarding processes
Post-Placement
- We conduct follow-up meetings at previously agreed-upon intervals
- We assist with feedback collection
- If the employee is working for you through us on a contract basis, we will take care of all of his/her employee benefits, and make sure that all of the necessary social security contributions, insurances and so on are properly taken care of. We will also manage the process of extending the contract when the time comes, checking in both with you and the employee in a timely, transparent manner.
