Tasks and responsibilities
- Identify opportunities to forge new client relationships
- Help to develop existing client relationships
- Manage all aspects of the recruitment process, such as:
- Requirement gathering
- Managing sourcing
- Candidate screening
- Coordinating interviews
- Preparing candidates for interview
- Soliciting and passing on feedback
- Presenting offers where appropriate
- Onboarding
- Maintaining relationships with client and candidate post-placement
- Sourcer management
- Candidate search
- Candidate qualification
- Preparation of application documents
- Maintenance of the database
- Contributing to the selection, onboarding and training of teammates at Rigby
- Offering CV and general career advice

Must-have criteria
- Experience as a Sourcer and/or Recruiter
- Excellent time management
- Strong organisational skills
- Commercial business acumen
- Willingness to communicate and work with others
