Tasks and responsibilities
  • Identify opportunities to forge new client relationships
  • Help to develop existing client relationships
  • Manage all aspects of the recruitment process, such as:
    • Requirement gathering
    • Managing sourcing
    • Candidate screening
    • Coordinating interviews
    • Preparing candidates for interview
    • Soliciting and passing on feedback
    • Presenting offers where appropriate
    • Onboarding
    • Maintaining relationships with client and candidate post-placement
    • Sourcer management
    • Candidate search
    • Candidate qualification
    • Preparation of application documents
  • Maintenance of the database
  • Contributing to the selection, onboarding and training of teammates at Rigby
  • Offering CV and general career advice

  • Experience as a Sourcer and/or Recruiter
  • Excellent time management
  • Strong organisational skills
