Tasks and responsibilities
- Monitoring and alerting infrastructure to ensure system performance, in collaboration with other teams
- Managing and securing Linux server infrastructure, including operating systems, selected databases, and web server solutions
- Overseeing the container platform infrastructure (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker) and handling deployments via CI/CD pipelines
- Managing the logging infrastructure (Elastic) and integrating external systems for security and operations (e.g., SIEM)

Must-have criteria
- Higher education in IT or several years of experience as a Linux System Engineer
- Strong expertise in managing and enhancing supporting infrastructure (e.g., BIG-IP, Elastic, Icinga)
- Experience with automation, including scripting and configuration management (SaltStack)
- Basic knowledge of network technologies (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, TLS, reverse proxy)
- Familiarity with storage technologies (e.g., NetApp)
- A team player with a solution-driven and integrative approach
- Passion for and experience with agile work methodologies (e.g., SAFe, Scrum, Kanban)
