Tasks and responsibilities
- Defining and clarifying project scope, including development of a project plan and deliverables (in Scope, Time and Budget)
- Identifying project needs, including resources, team members and involvement of other departments
- Coordination of team effort, assigning tasks, providing direction to key project members and motivating the team
- Identify and analyze risk related to the project
- Creating schedule and project timeline, preventing budget overruns and report project progression
- Implementation and managing of necessary changes to meet project objectives and assure project quality
- Control and documentation of project progress and evaluation of project stages until the end result
- Properly document project phases according to internal standards
- Monitor and control project progress (schedule, budget, scope); keep stakeholders informed

Must-have criteria
- BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field and proven working experience as a project manager in the information technology and/ or finance sector
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, SharePoint and JIRA
- Analytical and critical mindset

Nice-to-have criteria
- Experience with Temenos Core Banking software (T24 and/or Triple’A)
- German, French & any additional language skills
