Tasks and responsibilities
  • Manage and enhance enterprise applications in HR, Finance, Procurement, and Service Management together with the Product Owner and your team
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external implementation partners to implement and develop technical solutions efficiently and sustainably
  • Ensure smooth operation, maintenance, and integration of a complex system landscape while continuously optimizing it
  • Oversee and manage test, integration, and production environments, ensuring proper documentation, quality assurance, and 2nd and 3rd level support for assigned applications

Must-have criteria
  • Solid experience in operating and managing complex system landscapes with multiple applications and interfaces
  • Strong background in application management, including project development and partial coordination
  • Ability to analyze technical problems systematically and resolve them in a structured, solution-oriented manner
  • Independent, structured, and methodical approach to work
  • Excellent coordination and alignment skills, with the ability to collaborate confidently with internal and external stakeholders
  • Team-oriented mindset and enthusiasm for interdisciplinary collaboration
  • Hands-on mentality with a strong interest in exploring new topics
  • Ideally, experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe

Nice-to-have criteria
  • Basic knowledge of application development (.NET / C# or other programming languages) and familiarity with IT security standards
