Tasks and responsibilities
- Administration and optimization of company-wide endpoint management for various operating systems, ensuring smooth device deployment and security
- Implement and maintain enterprise device provisioning and automation solutions to streamline user onboarding and IT workflows
- Define and enforce security configurations, ensuring compliance with industry standards and internal policies
- Manage enterprise-level access control mechanisms to protect sensitive data and corporate assets
- Develop and refine centralized management tools for monitoring and configuring end-user devices
- Work closely with cybersecurity teams to align endpoint security measures with broader risk management strategies
- Design and deliver training sessions for IT teams to enhance proficiency in endpoint management and security protocols
- Provide expert-level troubleshooting and support for complex endpoint infrastructure issues

Must-have criteria
- Formal education or certification in information technology, systems administration, or a related field
- Extensive experience in enterprise endpoint and mobile device management solutions
- Expertise in modern cloud-based endpoint security and automation platforms
- Background in implementing and maintaining corporate IT infrastructure tools
- Strong analytical thinking and a methodical approach to problem-solving
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments
