Tasks and responsibilities
- Ensuring the monitoring and coordination of activities to guarantee availability, performance and resource utilisation during ongoing application operation
- Advising and supporting users in the areas of application and process handling
- Assisting with the maintenance and further development of interfaces between applications
- Creating, updating, maintaining and managing documentation
- Responsibility for planning, coordinating and ensuring training measures
- Developing and managing the requirements roadmap
- Coordinating with external suppliers and ensuring compliance with internal and external regulatory requirements

Must-have criteria
- Completed studies in computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification
- Experience in a product-oriented agile environment and in dealing with internal and external customers
- Good knowledge of the Atlassian platform (Jira Service Management, Jira and Confluence)
- Conceptual and analytical skills and a high degree of quality awareness
- Service and solution-orientated personality with very good communication skills
- Team player with an independent, structured way of working and a high level of initiative
